What is included in car detailing?
Interior services cover a full vacuum, carpet and upholstery shampoo, deep cleaning of all plastics, leather, vents, crevices, and consoles, mat cleaning including salt stains, and streak-free glass. Exterior services include wheel and tire cleaning, safe paint decontamination, and removal of road film and built-up grime.
How much does a ceramic coating cost?
Our ceramic coating packages for cars start at $349 for a one-year shield and go up to $1,449 for our five-year ultimate package. Every package includes a full exterior detail, decontamination, and machine polish before the coating is applied. Boats and RVs are quoted individually based on size and condition.
Is same-day service available?
Same-day appointments depend on availability. We recommend calling ahead to check. Mobile service is typically booked a few days in advance to ensure we can give your vehicle the proper time.
How long does detailing take?
Most vehicles take between two and six hours depending on size and condition. Heavily soiled interiors, serious pet hair buildup, or significant salt staining may take a little longer. We will always give you a realistic timeframe before we start.
Do you offer mobile services?
Yes. Our mobile detailing service runs from March through November across Ottawa, Kanata, Barrhaven, Arnprior, Carleton Place, Almonte, Manotick, Greely, and surrounding areas. Our truck is fully self-contained with its own water, power, and compressed air — we never need yours.
Can you fix paint scratches?
Light surface scratches and swirl marks can often be removed or significantly reduced through our machine polishing process. Deeper scratches that have cut through the clear coat may require additional assessment. We inspect every vehicle before recommending a service.
What is your warranty policy?
We stand behind our work. Our professional ceramic coatings come with durability ranging from one to five years depending on the package. If you have any concerns after your appointment, call Marc directly and we will make it right.
How often should I detail my car?
For most Ottawa drivers, a full interior detail once or twice a year is a solid baseline. If you have a ceramic coating, a maintenance wash every few months keeps the coating performing at its best. We are happy to recommend a schedule based on how you use your vehicle.
